Qubit Discovery and Design

Qubit Discovery and Design

Efforts to develop new qubit platforms and materials for quantum computing. This topic includes novel qubit architectures and materials, and the technology development for enhancing coherence times, improving qubit gate fidelity and error correction. Quantum dots and superconducting qubits are engineered, built and tested to explore the limits of their coherence and methods of entanglement.
